After School

Today's comic features my 13 year old, Nathan. It's tricky to present a person adequately in comic form. I probably draw and portray myself the most accurately with my Hub being a close second. However, I started feeling a little inadequate today when I was informed by other members of my family that:

"You just can't capture the awesome that is Nathan in a comic."

While that may be true, I think I'll keep trying.

So, What's Your Point?

Special thanks to Rosie, for letting me post this very personal comic!!! Just to let you know, she is the most awesome, creative, beautiful, incredible daughter in the world! I love her very much!
And it is very true, most of our arguments end with us realizing we were both arguing the same point.

Rosie Steps In

I can't say enough good things about my girl, Rosie. She's my best friend, my daughter and amazing. Yeah, I'm biased. Get over it :-)

It's Just a Number... Right?

Today's comic was drawn in the car while I was waiting to pick up kids at school and finished at home right now, before I crash into bed... My kids are both cruel and wonderful all in the same moment. Why, just today, I asked one of my kids if he was interested in any girls at school. His reply? Why would you want to know? Because I love you and I'm interested in your life. Well don't be.
Okay, fine.

Humour de la Macabre

More experimentation with black and white... the process is painstaking, but the result is nice.

Emily's World

I took the kids and some of their friends to the movie Saturday. We saw "How to Train Your Dragon" in 3D. The glasses were awesome, as you can see and so was the 3D! Emily especially was impressed with the 3D. Ya gotta love a kid's point of view.

What Happened at the Clinic

When my daughter and I got off the elevator at the clinic there was a delivery guy waiting to get on and yeah, he looked just like Jake the Bachelor. I can't justify the fact that I actually watched this show, but it was like a car accident. I just couldn't look away.
